Recurring Orders:   Q. Can we have a recurring order so we do not have to bother ordering every week? A.Yes you can, go to the enod or the ordering system and see save a recurring order, you can always cancel this when you wish.

Other Products:   Q. Do you have access to other organic produce and products not on your website?. A.Yes, we have access to a large range of organic products at the markets.  We do not carry any stock of these items so we buy to your request.  We can source many organic items such as flour, sugar, dried herbs, juices, olives, tea & coffee, cereals, tins food, curry pastes, salad dressings, jams, honey, non-alcoholic wines, soft drinks, pasta sauces, pasta, pet food, snackfoods, many gluten free products, rice, etc, etc.  If you are interested in any other organic items, please email us with details and we will let you know what we can source.

Delivery Days:   Q. Do you deliver any other day except Mondays? No we take orders on Friday and we collect your order Monday and deliver to you Monday or Monday night.

Delivery Times:  Q. Can you give me a time when my delivery will be there?  A. We have a lot of regular customers so we generally know the run schedule that our drivers will be taking so we can give you an estimate of when your delivery will be there.  We can also arrange to call you half hour before arrival - just ask.

Supplying Credit Cards:   Q. Can we still pay for an order from organics only without having to list our credit card details? Q.Yes, fill in your order until the very end and we can always exchange credit card details over the phone if you do not feel secure with on line information.  Please call us once you have placed your order.  Credit card number needs to be supplied before we can deliver to you.

Closing Times:   Q. Do you close any time during the year?A. We are closed for 3 weeks each year between Christmas and about 19th January.We are closed no other time of the year.

Organic Mattress's:   Q. Do you supply Organic Bed Mattress's?  A. NO.  We do not supply or know of a supplier of these.
